Can I insert pages in the middle?
Pages are always appended at the end. If they belong somewhere else, append them here and then move them into place with the "Rearrange PDF pages" tool.
Can I bring a deleted page back?
Yes. Marked pages are only really removed when you save. Until then one click brings any of them back, and your original file stays untouched anyway.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Both documents are processed entirely in your browser. They never leave your computer, and once you close the tab nothing of them is left.
